Terms of Service for SnapLooks

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SnapLooks mobile application (“SnapLooks” or the “App”), operated by APPMINDS LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using SnapLooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
  • Application refers to any application or software program provided by the Company.
  • Company refers to AppMinds Limited, Limassol, Cyprus.
  • Country refers to Cyprus.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use SnapLooks. By using SnapLooks, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. License to Use SnapLooks

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapLooks for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Use the App for commercial or public purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Remove or edit any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, images, or content (“User Content”) you upload to SnapLooks. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your images with our AI tools to provide requested editing services.
  • Store your images securely for account syncing across devices.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload User Content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

SnapLooks offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions (“SnapLooks Pro”).

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds: All billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not issue refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapLooks to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of the App.

7. Data Usage and Security

Your data and images are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • All transfers are encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Images are stored on secure servers located in the EU.
  • We never sell your data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us at support@appmindsai.com.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features or services at any time without liability.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in SnapLooks (including software, trademarks, designs, and content not uploaded by users) remain the exclusive property of APPMINDS LIMITED and its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapLooks is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPMINDS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of SnapLooks.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SnapLooks at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use SnapLooks will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of SnapLooks after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
